Your first Reformer Pilates class — what to expect
What to wear, what a class looks like and what's good to know — a short guide for beginners.

Your first class always comes with a few nerves: will I know how to use the machine, will I keep up with the group? Good news — groups at Telo Pilates Club are open to complete beginners. Here's what to expect.
What to wear
Comfortable, fitted training clothes you can move in easily, and clean socks. Please follow basic hygiene rules — it makes the class pleasant for you and for everyone in the group.
What a class looks like
- Breathing and core activation — the basis of every movement.
- Work on the reformer and chair — strength, stability and mobility of the spine and hips.
- Instructor corrections — they watch each of you and adjust the springs to your level.
- Stretching at the end, so you leave lighter than you came in.
How often to train?
For visible results we recommend 2–3 classes a week. That's why we offer 8- and 12-class memberships valid for 5 weeks — see all prices in the price list.
Booking and cancelling
You choose your time online, and the class language (Montenegrin, English or Russian) is marked in the schedule. You can cancel up to 12 hours before the class — otherwise it counts as used.
If you have an injury or a diagnosis, contact us before your first class — we'll recommend starting with a private session. Everyone else, see you at group Reformer Pilates!
